Most people living in Northern Ireland have been affected in some way by the troubles and find it difficult to confront the past. The Northern Ireland psyche tends to sweep conflict under the carpet and hope it doesn’t re-emerge in the future, but if we can step back into that past and confront it head on then we can perhaps step forward into a brighter future with a new confidence and strength. In a tiny way it can help free us from the past in the hope that future generations won’t carry that foreboding with them. – Adrian Fox
